SAINT LOUIS 1958. EAST 130 - WEST 118

Like in 1956, Bob Pettit made an amazing game (playing at home), even with a cast in his shooting hand. But this time his team didn't win. He was the first MVP (28 points and 26 rebounds!), playing in the loser team.
Bob Cousy and Paul Arizin carried their team to the victory with a 38-25 streak in the fourth quarter.

MVP: Bob Pettit (West)
